Procurement Manager

Role Description:
Candidate will head up the Procurement division on group level. Candidate must come from food ingredients, flavours industry ideally.

• Reporting to Supply Chain Executive and dotted line into MD
• Senior buying experience within raw materials that will manage a full procurement team of 6
• Procurement Officers of which two are senior and one Procurement Manager
• Source suppliers locally and internationally
• Travels locally and internationally and negotiates price with suppliers – contract negotiation
• Raw material buyer – essential to have raw material buying experience
• Someone with ingredients background who will buy for the Spice Mill
• Open on colour and gender
