Branch Manager – Manufacturing

Manage, lead, issue instruction, give direction, train, mentor, discipline and hire branch staff
Manage Branch revenue, expenses, debtors, stock, assets and cash
Compile, update and implement branch strategies, sales plans, and budgets.
Monitor and take corrective action with regards to budget shortfalls and sales target deviations
Manage customer relationships

Manage Branch risks and opportunities
Assist with sales, administration, collecting debt and depositing cash
Attend out of town training and Branch Manager meetings
Prepare for Branch Audits and assist with NRCS verification audits
Travelling is essential
