Requirements

  • Provide services to clients, including installations, verifications, servicing, repairs, deliveries and customer training on Automatic Wrapper and also other company products and services if needed.
  • Sales of product offering – Quote on services and spares needed to maintain Automatic Wrapper, and might also include other company equipment e.g. scales, printers, software, spares and consumables.
  • Marketing the company’s products and services, including cold-calling and giving demonstrations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain good relationships with clients
  • Assist with Helpdesk support
  • Assist with stock counts
  • Will be required to work standby weekends on rotation
  • Own vehicle essential
